The original lineup with Sasha Alexander was good.
Adding Cote de Pablo as Zhiva David was pure genius.
She was the perfect foil for Weatherlys DiNozzo. Plus her expressions and mannerisms were original and added to the character.

Adding the new morgue assistant was also good. It gave Ducky someone to play off and developed into a good character.

>>Dunno what is up with Dinozzos new mind game show, which I thought would be interesting.<<

Boring and a more than a little preposterous. Phil McGraw’s love poem to himself.

Is it the character Ziva or Côte de Pablo?

” I wish that Cote de Pablo would do a guest appearance on “Bull” with Michael Weatherly. I imagine CBS could charge as much as they wanted to for the commercials.”

I love “Bull”!
As long as they don’t PC it to death CBS will have a long term hit in it’s lineup.

I agree with having Cote on “Bull”. It would be a special episode.

Oh, that is a really hard one. It has to be both for me. The character is vulnerable, complicated and still hard as nails. But the actress is simply amazing. Her expressions, her body English, the way she completely connects with whoever is working off of her. I haven’t seen her in anything else, but I have to believe that, given a good show, she’d still be spectacular.

I sort of assumed that because Harmon had played football that he wouldn’t be such a loathsome hollyweird leftard. If I had known he was, I wouldn’t have been able to watch it at all.

http://www.knoxnews.com/story/opinion/readers/2017/04/28/letters-mark-harmon-us-rep-john-j-duncan-jr/101025882

“This particular column is so filled with hate and vitriol directed at anyone on the opposite side of the political spectrum that if such garbage wasn’t common practice today it would be laughable. Unfortunately, it isn’t funny. Harmon is a prime example of the Donald Trump haters who simply cannot get over the fact that Hillary Clinton lost.”

I can’t agree. They should have cast an actor who could plausibly have occupied such a position.

I’ve grown to like him. As for being expected to hold the job, the singer of this song is supposed to be a mortician, as well as a coroner. And I remember how beautiful she was when I’d go to hear her at conventions. Do have trouble getting my head around that.

Gotta remember these people are simply working at a job and like anyone with ambition who wants to grow and get better at their job; some will want to move on to other challenges while some will be perfectly content to stay and keep doing what they've been doing.

Pretty sure D'nozo wanted to expand his horizons some and chose to go be the lead actor on "Bull". So far so good.

Speaking of tv though; has anyone caught the new Showtime tv series called "American God"? The first show came on the other night and so far it is all over the place with lore, blood and guts, drama, and a story line one needs to pay close attention to get and even then may not. It may be one of those worth binge watching once the season is over with but in the meantime I'm going to keep watching it then probably binge watch it at the end of the season.

All I can really say about it is it's the most different show I can remember seeing. I can't even put it into one genre. One of the lead actors was also a lead in "Carnivale" and it has a similar flavor but very different at the same time. Another lead actor was on "The 100" and now I know why he was killed off. Better to be a lead in a new show than to be a supporting (sometimes) actor in a current one I guess.

The original morgue assistant was a nobody character that detracted from his scenes. Maybe it was the actor or maybe how the character was written.
The new guy at least had some personality.
I liked the episode where he crawls out on the ledge to keep the kid from jumping off.
That episode, for me, went a long way to justify the character and actor.

Plus little Timmy the computer whiz was losing his innocence and bringing in a new bright eyed, bushy tailed character kind of made sense at the time.

Never knew Harmon was such a jerk.
His getting Bellisario canned should have been a clue but I missed it.

Pauly Perette is another leftard idiot on the show.
She was engaged three times but refused to get married because her homo friends couldn’t get married.
I expect those three guys dodged a big bullet there.

Can’t stand Jimmy—Will he never get his foot out of his mouth? And when will Abby grow out of the Goth or whatever look?

Characters need to grow. Never do on NCIS. When it became a chore to watch, we quit.

Ziva.

None before, and none after.

“I liked the episode where he crawls out on the ledge to keep the kid from jumping off.”

It has to be at least remotely plausible that the man they have cast would ever, in a million years, do such a thing.

It’s like casting PeeWee Herman as a SEAL.

I didn’t either, until this thread sent me to DuckDuckGo to check it out.

I think you just won the all-time award for most unforgettable and original mental image. Not sure whether or congratulate you or hide my head under a pillow until the image goes away.

Yeah, I can see that, but NCIS is still in tatters.

>>>saber coach

Loved everything about fencing except for someone lunging at my chest with a piece of steel. Shame turning and running was socially unacceptable.
