I thought about that.
I think every person has, at some point in their lives, a Moment of Courage.
It could be standing up for a belief or cause.
It could be finally telling your mother “I don’t like your meatloaf! I’ve never liked your meatloaf! I’ll never like your meatloaf! I’ve just eating it to keep from hurting your feelings! Please! No more meatloaf!”
Out of character, yes.
Implausible, no.
