Never bring brass knuckles to a gun fight.
I love that saying,Morgana.
Oh to have a time machine:
“But what if he’s got a gun?”
“Come on. There’s three of us. We’ll be on him so fast, he’ll be so scared, he won’t even be able to get to it. And say he does, what’s he gonna do, shoot all three of us?”
“Draw your own conclusions. “

Doesn’t every state have that law? If a death occurs during a crime, all the accomplices are held responsible.
They might want to look for another weapon, because someone had an ugly stick that got a workout on her.
It’s called felony murder. If a person (including an accomplice) dies during the commission of a felony or the immediate flight therefrom, all accomplices are culpable for murder. That is the law in most states.
Just imagine how much future heartache and suffering has been avoided.
“Brass knuckles up, don’t shoot!”

4’ 10” tall?
Or circumference?
Yep, she looks like a coal burner.
They won’t be robbing people anymore.
It’s called felony murder and is often used with the merger doctrine in almost all states
It’s possible she might have her own gravitational pull.
Killing all three of them?
In close quarters?
That is some amazing trigger discipline. I am sure my heart would be beating a million miles an hour.
Practice makes perfect.
reminds me of the Sopranos episodes where these idiots try to stick up a card game by the mob and they got their asses handed to them afterwards...
That isn’t just in OK. An accomplice to the crime can be charged for any act that occurs during the crime including the death of another accomplice.
Had the young man used a Mossberg 500 Persuader, would that have been reported in the headline?
