Obama said HE didn’t order a wiretap. Of course he didn’t - he would order his AG or security people to do what it takes to put together a FISA warrant and find a judge who would order it.
There is no question that the Obama administration targeted Trump people and prominent Republicans for surveillance, as we are now learning from the leaks
Obama is changing the way the game is played. Years form now there may be a Dem running for POTUS and Reps in these security positions and let’s see what happens.
Through his spokesman, but there is a bit of the definition of is involved. The real question is did Obama know of it, when did he know it, did he have access to the information. Then, who did get the information, show us the paperwork who requested the wire taps in the first place, approve them, where the information went, who had access to it. A quick blanket denial by the Obama spokesperson will not suffice.

It is no joke to be publicly accused of crimes by a sitting U.S. President, I don’t care who you are. I am certain that Obama can feel President Trump’s hand grabbing his pussy.
The media is embarrassing today. The two FISA applications and the one FISA warrant are incontrovertible facts. And yet, the media cannot even utter the phrase that the Obama administration actually wire tapped the Trump campaign. Geez, just the fact that a FISA warrant was even requested is huge news. Especially since it plausibly fits the Russian narrative. Why the media hesitation?

Obama is not dignifying the charge by responding directly. He sent out a surrogate to deny the allegation. The press is playing its role in condemning Trump.
A direct response from Obama at this time benefits Trump and does nothing for Obama. Plus weekends are the dead point in the weekly news cycle. The Democrats will spend the weekend developing a strategy and crafting talking points for the media. Monday they will come out swinging in lock step unlike the Republicans who will be timid in supporting Trump or calling for investigations. Obama anticipates Trump will be ground up by the Dems, the media and the week kneed RINO’s next week. Once his surrogates have done their work to establish the storyline, Obama will choose carefully the time to respond.
By not reacting quickly to “baseless” allegations, Obama also positions himself on the high road. Trump looks mean and nasty, Obama appears above the fray. Plus Obama implies Trump is not worthy of a response. After all, why would you respond to someone not fit for the office?
Psychological warfare is underway in to sway public opinion. Stay tuned.

Reminds me of GOP chasing its tail over “Who gave the stand down order on Benghazi?” The answer may well be that no one did as there was never a stand up or “go” order to begin with. Just avert your eyes and let them all die, including the 20-30 embassy personnel who the brave holdout Seals were protecting, and who were sworn to secrecy, forced to sign non-disclose document, hidden from Congress, never to be heard of again (for all we know they were liquidated).
I don’t think President Trump should have gone public with this information just yet. Let Obama and his flunkies believe their little operation is moving along nicely, completely undetected. Then set a trap for them, exposing the operation in a way that even the media can’t ignore.
