Connecticut's governor has issued a memo to his state's authorities, asking them not to abide by federal law regarding illegal immigrants, the Hartford Courant reported.
Gov. Dannel Malloy, chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, told both school and law enforcement officials they may disregard federal procedures for handling illegal immigrants, in the wake of a recent executive order.
Malloy instructed Connecticut officials not to give Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents access to schools or penitentiaries, and urged them to refrain from detaining illegal immigrants solely based on their immigration status.

Last fall, according to a Quinnipiac University survey, Malloy’s approval rating had plummeted to 32%, the “lowest score for any governor in the nine states surveyed” in 2015.
The poll showed what the Hartford Courant referred to in October as “a stunning rebuke” of Malloy by Democrats, Republicans, and independents alike for raising taxes and mismanaging the state’s budget.
You smell that? that’s blood in the water.
Jail. Jail them all. Conspiracy. Collusion. Inciting others to break federal law.
And yet in the past three months it has been Democrats advocating and even actively plotting to revolt against the union, going so far as to drawing up plans to secede. To a far greater compounded degree than ANYONE has suggested before from 1865 until today.
But, it was Democrats who bitterly fought for slavery then. I guess nothing has really changed...
There should have been US Marshals on the governor's doorstep within an hour of his proclamation of obstruction of justice.

When Cicero said 2,000 years ago that “politicians are not born, they are excreted”, I think he could see into the future and saw Malloy.

You would think he would be a bit embarrassed after the amber alert that was issued last week. The one that involved an illegal who already been deported once.
I remember in the lead up to the passing of Obama’s Death Panel Law and/or the Thugs in D.C. shoving the attempt to destroy biblical marriage down our throats that the media REPEATEDLY said, “Federal Law trumps state law.”
Guess these media and Democrats (but I repeat myself) are about to taste that dish.

Open up an FBI file, get the evidence of interstate communication and charge Malloy under RICO.

Definitely “related news”; without open borders, CT (and my state of NJ) would have vast swathes of abandoned neighborhoods - and the teachers’ unions that control the Democratic Party would never allow that. They’ll simply demand other peoples’ (and states’) money to keep the gravy train rolling (and their party’s funding intact). The money funneled through the teachers’ unions to Dem candidates continues even if the teachers are in districts without a single taxpayer.

By the way, where is Jess Sessions? If he hasn’t all ready, he needs to request all U.S. Attorneys to offer their resignations immediately or be fired. Only those who meet a severe vetting process will be allowed to stay.
Malloy should be charged with being an accomplice to murder.
It’s an odd thing, being a Democrat. Laws duly passed through the legislative process are to be regularly ignored. Law made up by judges is sacrosanct. Thought crimes are worst of all in their view in a nation built upon the Bill of Rights. They really should all move out of the USA. If we’re lucky and these loons are correct, their coastal blue islands of voters will be all submerged soon, as their fables go.
We can definitely identify which states adhere to our U.S. Constitution and which intend to trample it. SF

Nothing at all ,, Mexican illegals are todays slaves working for low wages in CT of all places , the garden spot where Manhattanites live and play in their mansions with these servants making their meals , tending their gardens and watching their children.

Although satire, this is EXACTLY what Trump needs to do with EVERY state that fails to follow federal order. Make an example of them and make it stick!

After Malloy is subpoenad (and arrested, forced to post bail and appear) Then, start at the largest school district board and supervisor and let’s see where this goes.
If we recall, from the struggle with AZ SB1608, immigration law is a Federal prerogative and the States have no authority...well, at least according to the USConstitution.
