Brenda Buttner, host of Fox News Channel's "Bulls and Bears," has passed away at age 55 after a battle with cancer.
Based in New York, she joined the network in 2000, after hosting CNBC's "The Money Club" and serving as the network's Washington correspondent.
Buttner graduated with honors from Harvard University with a B.A. in social studies and went on to become a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, where she graduated with high honors in politics and economics.

Sad news.
Always tried to watch her and enjoyed her show. Seems like she was on a couple of weeks ago. Will miss her.
I didn’t even know she was sick! R.I.P. I always liked her. She had a good weekend show too. I haven’t had cable TV so I don’t keep up with FNC like I used to.

If I recall, her husband was the long haired guy who was on the show sometimes.

Over the last few years I’ve seen Cavuto do a few of these video remembrances (Wayne Rogers, Terry Keenan, et al.). He does them very well.

So sad..and so young..had no idea she was sick..RIP Brenda :(
And as many FReepers approach 50 (myself included) it is a stark reminder that this ain’t forever.
It’s important to stay good with God at all ages, but as we get older, it seems to hit us more how important it is.
