Officials who spoke to CNN cautioned they still have not reached any judgment on whether the Russian government has any compromising information about the President.
Officials did not comment on or confirm any alleged conversations or meetings between Russian officials and US citizens, including associates of then-candidate Trump.
One of the officials stressed to CNN they have not corroborated "the more salacious things" alleged in the dossier.
Just a heads up. CNN will run with this all day. The MSM shares a brain cell, so I'm sure other networks will pick up on it too and liberal papers. Even if CNN's report is true, there is no proof of conversations occurring between Trump's people and Russia or of the "salacious" allegation being true.
Sean Spicer responded to this by calling CNN "fake news" and saying they should report some positive things Trump is doing.

Sorry, but when one sees “CNN”, (which is lower slobovian for Fake News), why continue?

Here is a dossier that I worked up:
1) JFK was assassinated.
2) Neil Armstrong walked on the Moon.
3) Michael Jackson won multiple Grammy Awards
4) The US has colonies on Mars and millions of people are living there today.
And I want to assure you that the Investigators will corroborate some aspects of my dossier.

Cable networks aren’t licensed by the FCC. Only individual broadcast stations have FCC licenses.

I don’t think this will stay on just CNN. I foresee the other MSM outlets piggybacking off of CNN’s report.

You are likely correct. The new headline is in:

They didn’t corroborate anything....

The dossier was commissioned as opposition research by political opponents of then-candidate Trump and compiled by a former British intelligence agent. US intelligence agencies checked out the former MI6 operative and his vast network throughout Europe and found him and his sources to be credible.Short version is, "we have no proof, no evidence, no confirmed sources, no names, no recordings nothing, nada, nyet, neign, nee, nein, not a damn thing but trust us we are CNN and it must be true."
CNN compared to the National Enquirer makes the National Enquirer a reputable source of news.

The dossier details about a dozen conversations between senior Russian officials and other Russian individuals. Sources would not confirm which specific conversations were intercepted or the content of those discussions due to the classified nature of US intelligence collection programs. CNN confirms that Russian officials have conversations with other Russians, but neither the content of those conversations , nor which conversations have been confirmed have been confirmed.
Stop the presses, and warn the paperboys there will be late editions. This is NEWS!

Personally I would love to see CNN go under. Stop giving them hits, stop watching their shows, just stop. Do they even discuss Trump’s actual day to day events or is it all hit pieces?
