Mark R. Levin @marklevinshow 9h9 hours ago
What?!? I'll address this on LevinTV & radio on Monday.
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Thank you. I just went there and bookmarked it.
Afraid? I'm not afraid of Levin. I'm just calling him out for the crap weasel establishment tool that he is.
He picked a losing horse during the primary, and rode him past the point of death. His complaints and criticisms about Trump were right in line with our usual enemies - and he kept it up - even past the convention, and right through election day.
Support the slimy toad if you must, but quit trying to make me care, because I don't. He's less than nothing to me now.
Thanks for the tip.
The ran their own Red List to suppress people and ideas that they didn't want.
They were violent. Ronald Reagan was one of the actors who opposed them at a time when it was dangerous to do so.
Lloyd Billingsley wrote a well researched book on the subject, Hollywood Party.
I’d like to read that.
You man up. Limbaugh didn’t know that Trump was going to change his ban. Limbaugh said that he’s never said what Trump is saying, and he doesn’t want to be responsible for it. If the day after GWB announced his tax-cuts Rush said, I’ve never said any of what GWB is saying, would you say that he supported the tax-cuts?
because at a critical time Levin put himself first, the same as the rest of #neverTRump; which is essentially what he was part of despite his very belated and lukewarm recommendation of Trump.
He arguably did more damage than the MSM because his audience was made up of people who would consider voting for Trump, and his unceasing criticism did nothing to encourage that. He should have had the decency to STFU if he couldn't find it in himself to join the battle to keep Hillary and the Obama Democrats from remaining in control of the United States Government.
You should. You can get a copy for less than $5 and it’s just as relevant today as when Billingsley wrote it.
IIRC he interviewed all of the Hollywood figures that he could find who had played a role in combating Communist control of the unions. Most were well along in years so he caught them before that generation passed on.
I like Larry Elder very much. I switch around when driving and try to listen to every talk show. My favorites of the past like Bob Grant are long gone.
Trump will make America great again by removing barriers to free enterprise: regulation and taxation. Business left our shores solely to lower costs. Our prices stayed low when inflation and strangulation of business depressed our economy over the decades solely through slave labor in China and unregulated business environments like Red China's.
Occam's Razor requires the simplest explanation of American Free Enterprise's collapse: over-regulation and taxation at every step of a business transaction. Add to that inflated money supply where a $20 gold piece sells for $1200 on the free market and we've named the main factors which Trump ought to focus upon as the Executive Branch head. BTW, not trying to lecture you, HTB. This is on my mind.
I don’t disagree with that assessment.
I don’t disagree with you. I thought some of his criticism was uncalled for....it was kind of I am better than he is. But now Trump is in and I just think Levin is the least of Trump’s and others concerns. I guess that is all I am trying to communicate. I understand why people dislike Levin.
You’ve got a serious reading comprehension problem, so it’s no wonder you’re so thoroughly mistaken.
Trust me, I never even think of Levin until one of these threads pops up. I doubt if our president has spent a single moment worrying about what establishment princelings like Levin think.
He pretty much invented conservative talk radio, didn't he?
I should see if any of his shows are on YouTube.
Even today, I believe that patriotism and a belief in the soundness of our cherished founding principles, is what guides and defines most conservatives, though I don't deny that religion is personally important to most.
“Meanwhile, I’ve never said anything like anything Trump says.”
But meanwhile, in the real world, Limbaugh said: a) there is not going to be an across-the-board ban on all Muslims and b) his followers know that, and they know what he's talking about even if the media wants to mischaracterize what he said. Limbaugh was right about all that, and you are thoroughly mistaken. Please take an adult education course so you can patch up you reading and listening skills.
Saying that Trump will change it doesn’t mean he supported the ban. He started his show off the day after with the quote I gave you. Rush didn’t even discuss illegal immigration on his show until the second term of W’s Administration.
