Rock Hill women accused of biting, stabbing each other during fight
Two
Rock Hill women were arrested Wednesday after a fight during which one woman was bitten on the foot and the other was stabbed in both arms, according to Rock Hill Police.
Officers responded to an assault at a home on the 500 block of Glenn Street about 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.
Latigra Heath, 26, told officers she got into a fight with 28-year-old Mirrumonty Meeks.
During this fight, Heath was bitten on her left foot and her right eye was scratched, police said. Meeks was stabbed in both arms, and was transported by EMS to Piedmont Medical Center for treatment.
Heath was charged with second-degree assault and battery and placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where she remained Thursday under $6,000 bond.
Meeks was charged with second-degree assault and battery after being released from the hospital. She was placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where she remained Thursday under $1,092 bond.
Heaths children were released to her father, police said.

It does kind of beg the question though: if a person is dressed provocatively in her own home or business, even if a passerby can see her, can it be considered indecent exposure or public indecency? What steps does one need to take to prevent the public from seeing into a private space?
