It was a wild night of celebrations and booze-fuelled mayhem on the streets of Britain last night as revellers welcomed in 2017 - and no one was wrapping up warm.

Millions of raucous party-goers packed out pubs and clubs, with some braving the freezing temperatures in skimpy dresses.

However, as Britons waved goodbye to 2016, there were some unsavoury scenes with fights breaking out in Swansea and Manchester.

There are many stories with this as the theme, not the least of them "Beauty and the Beast. Female suffrage was sold at least partly on the principle that women's higher moral standards would lead to better elected officials (we see how that worked out of course).

A major goal of feminism is to make women equal to men in all respects, including unfortunately in this respect as well.

I agree.

I will say, I don’t think women have a higher moral standard than men...I do think that they have the capability to make many men better than they can be on their own, simply through the male/female dynamic.

Throughout history, women have shown themselves to be as venal and corrupt as any man when put into the situation.

That is one of the reasons I find people like Hillary and “The Wise Latina” so disgustingly reprehensible. They actually believe that crap, when they themselves refute it through their deeds.

Especially sad about the “Ladies” pictured. If I got blitzed (no WWII pun intended for Britain)in public and passed out I’d be pretty safe, ie, I might lose my wallet or phone, but that’s probably about all. Young girls are so much more vulnerable. There are way too many predatory men out there and nasty communicable diseases to boot. A passed out or roofied young woman has a lot more to lose—her gynecologic health, her non-pregnancy, or even her life. For these millenial hedonists though, the notion of an unwanted pregnancy is something you can deal with like getting a wart burned off your finger. GOD heal our Land.

Many of them are unemployed and the jobless often lose all hope. There are 90 million jobless in the US, which means there are the same number of desperate people in the US. That’s why I think that the most important part of Trump’s program is jobs, jobs, jobs. If he gets everyone to work again, you won’t recognize the country in all its joy. The crime rate and other social problems will decrease automatically.

We believe putting people back to work is the tide that will lift all boats, personal esteem, lowering crime rates, increasing tax revenues.

They believe that giving people stuff does the same thing, and history shows it doesn’t.

The difference is, we pay attention to history, and they don’t.

I would say, though, IMO, women have never been better than men, it is just that men and women together compliment each other making each better.

Men can do things women can’t, and vice versa. Together we are greater than the sum...:)
