As one FReeper has said ... we're done.
Trump is President and there's nothing left to do until January 20 ...
Let's relax and enjoy
No election in my lifetime has been more stressful. 2008 and 2012 were foregone conclusions. 2016 was a nail biter until yesterday. A load off indeed.
Thanks for posting this! Hee Haw was, as you said, a great “relax and enjoy” show. I’ve looked, but complete DVD collections of Hee Haw are not available. I guess that’s because of music copyright issues.
OVER?!
was it over when the germans bombed pearl harbor?
i don’t think so.
Tagging this...I used to watch Hee Haw on Channel 44.
The Germans?
Forget it, he’s rolling.
I am going to relax and enjoy knowing Trump is not relaxing.
but...
Every day, John Pedo-esta gets up and strategizes with America’s enemies foreign and domestic on how to undermine our democracy and destroy America as founded.
He is especially dangerous trying to reclaim street cred after losing the election and being suspect in a child sex ring.
...and no one on the left seems to tire of him or his efforts, like that psycho in Ohio screaming at the electors. They are all around us.
Exactly. I have been a wreck on the inside, although people tell me I am calm.
Pinging Ellendra - you’ll enjoy this.
Our enemies will not be relaxing.
What are we supposed to do, ya mow ron?
It WILL give me much needed relief and some of the purest belly laughs on the planet.
See ya ....
IMO it was indeed stressful. Of course Trump had it and the media produced fake news. Crazy dems are capable of most anything. I still fear for Trump’s safety but hopefully yesterday helped dems get to the final stage of their “grief”. Acceptance.

Elisabeth Warren?? Is that you??

If you though this was a tough election check out presidential election of November 3, 1896 saw Republican William McKinley defeat Democrat William Jennings Bryan.
Or maybe 1860 With four candidates in the field, Lincoln received only 40% of the popular vote and 180 electoral votes enough to narrowly win the crowded election. This meant that 60% of the voters selected someone other than Lincoln. With the results tallied, the question was, would the South accept the outcome? A few weeks after the election, South Carolina seceded from the Union.
If California attempts to secede in the next few weeks maybe,.
Thanx for the laughs and warm fuzzy memories. A better time for comedy when they didn’t have to be rude nor nasty to be funny and they thought the audience had some grey matter.
