Colin Kaepernick is reportedly planning to opt out of his contract after the 2016 season and become a free agent.

Kaepernick and the San Francisco 49ers agreed to a restructured contract earlier in the year, and the new deal includes a player option for 2017 and a guarantee that the Niners cannot use the franchise tag on him. Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Kaepernick will void the deal, though he could end up returning to San Francisco.

“Just who would pick him up?”

Nancy Pelosi loves that nitwit. I guess now we know why.

Philadelphia Eagles They always pick up the criminals like Michael Vick

That's baloney. The Eagles generally stay very far away from bad character guys (so much so they passed on hall of famer Warren Sapp in the draft because he got caught with marijuana, for example). They signed Vick only after Tony Dungy intervened with the owner and vouched that he was rehabilitated. Name another "bad seed" that the Eagles have signed.

Now the Cowboys, they do it all the time. Refer to Greg Hardy for a recent example.

What owner is stupid enough to commit economic suicide by offering that moron a contract?

Maybe Raul Castro will pick up his contract so he can play for the Havana ‘Ho’s!

No one will want him, even if he is “free.”

Can’t do that anymore. Parents would get upset. He simply doesn’t allow them the opportunity. I have seen several teams do this.

Right...

They lost to the Bears...THE BEARS!!!!

It’s not just Kaperdink....his teammates don’t want to play for him and support him. Can ownership not see what’s right in front of their face???

I think the jets will end with kap. I think he will have to take $5 or $6 mil like
rg3 had to when he went to Cleveland.
I think the guy is despicable, but someone will take him.

Who would want him? Besides being an embarrassment to the team he’s really not that good of a quarterback.

Just who would pick him up?

The Cleveland Browns. Once they manage to get every other available quarterback injured.

That way any team that fails to make him an offer can be called racist.

I don’t know which I like better...

Last week, Kaepernick played great, and lost the game in a heartbreaker, stopped just a few feet from the endzone...

This week, Kaepernick stunk up the joint, and got pulled after the first half...

Decisions, decisions...

The important thing is that Kaepernick lost again, dropping the San Francisco 49ers to 1-11. My fantasy team sucked this year, and I am out of the playoffs. Watching Kaepernick lose has been the only bright spot in my dreary season.

Kaepernick just lost in his extended job interview against the New York Jets.

The 49ers were up 14-0 about two minutes in, and lost the game in overtime, 17-23.

To the Jets.

Oh, baby! So much winning, I’m getting tired of winning!

Donald Trump warned us about this!

Awww, Colin is about to lose another game. Too bad he didn’t lose them all then he might be eligible to be in the Smithsonian.

Let him kneel for “O Canada.”

NFL ratings down 9% this year. Hope they noticed.
