Donald Trumps margin of victory in Wisconsin appears to be shrinking even before the states recount gets underway, according to a new report that cites a number of precincts padding the vote count in Trumps favor.
According to the Palmer Report, some precincts realized the numbers were padded to benefit Trump and had to revise their numbers. As a result, 5,000 votes were essentially wiped out of Trumps column in an instant. Whats particularly puzzling, the report noted, is that Clintons numbers remained virtually unchanged, despite Trump losing thousands of votes from his total.

Same here; haven’t found this story anywhere else in Wisconsin. Is it reliable?
[Is it reliable?]
Reliable? The only source is somebody called Bill Palmer who has a site called “Palmer Report” that either twists the news or fabricates it. This story is totally fabricated.
The Election is over and Clintoonie and her commie RATS are still trying to rig it
“The election results have already been certified.”
What are you talking about?
According to the Palmer Report...
The “Palmer Report” is someone’s blog. A blog with such a feeble following that there are no comments on the post that this articles references,
my mistake
not sure whose number to use.
This was before the uncertified ward report for president.
http://wisconsinvote.org/election-results
Trump - 1,409,467
Clinton - 1,382,210
Trump - 1,404,000
Clinton - 1,381,823
It appears Wisconsin Senate, District 32(Crawford, LaCrosse,Vernon and Monroe counties) is already in a recount for senator, but their votes for president are in the uncertified ward report for president.
George Streptococcus will lead ABC’s “This Week” with this story tomorrow.
Paging Dino Rossi
Huge click bait site,,,, and the Dims probably fall for them.
Soros affiliated voting machines used in all 3 states they seek recounts in as well I noticed.

"Dude, I just realized the numbers were padded to benefit Trump. And I found these extra Hillary ballots in my trunk."
Just click on the links referenced in the article and keep clicking. ABC reported 4 days ago there were “keying errors” in some precincts on election night for reporting totals. The articles cite the Cook political report as saying 5,000 votes have already been taken off of Trump’s total in Wisconsin.

The Cook Political Report has changed those numbers based on Wisconsin’s official totals. They link to their spreadsheet on Twitter:

Trump: 1,404,536
Clinton: 1,382,011
Difference: 22,525
Agree, however, Hillary would need to have 13,630 votes switched to her so that she is 1 vote ahead of Trump. Or, alternatively, Hillary would need 27,259 more votes to be “found”, which ain’t gonna happen. Stop worrying. See this for what it is: an attempt to make Trump’s presidency look like he is “illegitimate” like they did with GWB in 2000.
There was also the one House seat in Indiana back in '84 that was won by the 'Pub candidate (McIntyre) and was signed, sealed, certified, and delivered. But the 'Rat-controlled House refused to seat him and did their own series of "recounts", manipulating the already-cast ballots until they got the result they wanted (i.e., the 'Rat "wins"). There was a re-match in '86 but as is often the case, it was no contest, the 'Rat won in a blow-out. It took until '94 to dig out the 'Rat, who didn't survive the Gingrich-engineered 'Rub landslide in Clinton's first midterm election.
Yep.
