More likely, Trump met with GOP leadership after meeting Obama. He probably expressed this privately with GOP leadership -- which is where I suspect the leak came from.
Or is Trump administration going to be a sieve?

Doesn’t sound like a leak to me, just a logical simple statement, to which the rest of the article is just wild speculation.

Uhuh. I do too. Did you follow my speculation as to what is happening? Why Trump spent 90 minutes with BamBam? Why One potential Caliph is being dangled as bait for another? About this being on day 2. I honestly think the Saturday night live skit where they inform Trump, sir, the country is tired of winning has a ring of truth.
I expect a major re-alignment with the incoming Trump administration. We are going to see some bold moves from Trump regarding foreign policy. Everything we’ve ever known about U.S foreign policy is going to be turned on it’s head.
I think fairweather allies like Turkey may be given the kiss-off. Edragon is Tyrannical he’s managed to subvert and manipulate his legislature and and Judiciary in his favor and thus favoring an Islamic state.
It’s the Venezuelan model, and no doubt what Obama/Hillary and the elite progressives had in store for us.
I think Trump will be looking to build some firm allies in North Africa. I expect closer ties with Egypt to help anchor it and Great Britain to help protect it.
Trump keeps talking about rebuilding infrastructure. I believe he includes the infrastructure of American foreign policy — which Obama drove into shambles.
I think Trump and Putin want to stem the Islamification of Europe and perhaps something good will come of that.
Turkey doesn’t fit into that picture.
Trump is going to at least spiritually support the nationalist movements in Europe, else relations with Germany and France are going to be difficult, again Turkey doesn’t fit into that picture.
The reality is, the U.S will lose a war with Russia. We may kill a lot, destroy a lot but then we’ll lose the pacific to China. Again, Turkey doesn’t fit into that.
All idle speculation on my part.
I believe the bulk of the 90 minutes may have been more to do with Hillary, the DOJ, the IRS, the Clinton foundation. .
Question though, what does a lame duck President have to offer an incoming administration — assuming that that isn’t being subverted either?
Obama stated that he wanted Trump to preserve O’s EOs in the spirit of continuity.
To me, this is the logical counter punch to say “Don’t screw anything else up before I get there”.
It also shows he knows how to play some of the political games between the parties in the big arena.
There are a lot of responses I could give to you in what I think these guys are thinking but I couldn’t re-iterate nor hash out the whole thing because it’s a complete waste of time here on FR to do such a thing.
BUT I will say if you saw the video message from Mr. Netanyahu congratulating Donald Trump on winning the election ....you surely did miss one of the biggest things on media.
The smile and happiness on Mr. Netanyahu’s face said
everything one needed to know.

I agree with your assessment for the most part. ISIS on the other hand.... Dry up their funding now as POTUS Elect. I don’t think you know how well Trump understands the world. Part of the 90 minutes he was schooling BAMBAM on what he should have done. BAMBAM at the presser looked shaken.

This is looking like a very exciting rodeo.
The reason to make this statement is to head off something they have heard Obama is about to do. They have just been warned it will meet vocal opposition now and later repeal by Trump. It must be something major to do this leak.
