Easy for me:
An exasperated Wolf Blitzer after calling California for Hillary asking John King and Jake Tapper something like "could this be a game changer?"
John King: "Um, no - not really."
Hubby and I were watching Fox Business. Every time they went to Clinton’s HQ and showed the crowd with all the angst and anguish was best. Second was Barron at Trump’s victory speech. Poor kid was SO tired. His facial expressions were priceless as he tried to stay awake for his dad’s speech.
Yeah, Rove was a slug, as usual though you kind of had to expect it. Must be tough to go into the night thinking of yourself as “the Architect” of presidential politics only to have your umpteen year career shattered within the span of a few hours.
Gasparino?
Chris Matthews doing a face palm and saying “Jesus, he could win this.”
If you find a video of that, please post!!
When everyone at Hitlery’s election party realized she wasn’t even in the building and wasn’t going to show up. They look dejected and pissed. Many cried.
Worst moment
When the guy on ABC said that this was gonna be the last time the Republican Party could rely on old white men to win elections. He then said “they are going to have to start appealing to people who read and people who think”
Say What???
Bash wanted a moment to make sure she had it right. Wolf went back to John "the map" King for a minute or so, then back to Bash. "Hillary has called Trump to concede."
The half hour in between was good too. Sending Podesta out? What if the shoe was on Trump's foot and he sent Conway out, the press would have mocked and ridiculed Trump - no such treatment for Queen Crooked. And by then it was obvious she had lost, just not "officially called," whatever the heck that is.
People who read our articles and think about our talking points.
Lol, great metaphor!
I watched Juan making a total fool of himself, but that’s the same thing he does every day. What an idiot.
I was watching CNN, just because, and was treated to the Van Jones "white-lash" rant. But I think I would have rather watched Tucker Carlson come out of his chair when Karl Rove said Trump owed the race to Paul Ryan.
I only have OTA where I am, so don’t judge me, but all I had available was ABC, and the dramatic shift from the early evening where they were going on and on about how Hillary had so many paths to 270, while Trump had only the barest outside chance that depended on some ridiculously complex set of circumstances. Then just a few hours later Trump is easily pulling in the states he needs, and everyone on the set has this bewildered, shell-shocked look, like their puppy died, and talking about how Hillary has this ever-narrowing chance.
While Florida was in play, they kept going back to Broward, and how there were so many Dem votes there that it was going to be difficult for Trump’s votes up in the Panhandle to overcome. And then, once it became obvious that Hillary wasn’t going to get the surge she needed in Wisconsin or Arizona, they started in on backbiting and reassuring themselves about how horrible Trump was, and how everyone had failed to see this coming. The snappish tempers as they lit into each other, while steadfastly refusing to call either the WI or AZ races, despite wide leads for Trump with substantial percentages of the vote already in, was the pinnacle of the night.
I did also enjoy the dispirited pffft that the Hillary election party ended with, as Podesta came out and told them all that there wouldn’t be any more to see that night but that it wasn’t over, so everyone had to sort of just wander off. Especially since the race was called less than an hour later, including Hillary’s concession call.
Somehow, I got to watching the ABC parade of tears, probably around 0245 I guess. They had the typical liberal panel-a couple of pajama beta males, a black dude with dreds who was a watered down version of Van Jones, and a couple of lib females. One of the cuck boys, not even sure of the name, was ecstatic that if Clinton won NH, the election was hers. He was convinced that NH held the cards, even though we had Wisconsin called and PA was moments away from being called. For once in my life, I felt sorry for a liberal’s lack of intelligence.
The funniest part of that photo for me is that Andy Richter, who plays a bumbling idiot on tv most of the time, took them to the woodshed!
Rachel Maddow’s “bad dream” meltdown was good, but I liked this quote that appeared in Maureen Dowd’s column (attributed to one of her family members who voted for Trump):
The Clintons remind me of the Universal horror movies where you thought the monster was dead and then the monster would show up in a bad sequel. Im glad now that theyre finally gone.
Van Jones playing the race card, claiming ‘whitelash’.
He apparently didn’t notice that the contest was between two white people.
It was ridiculous. Everyone else knew Wisconsin was in Trump’s column and they would not post it.
I predicted Wisconsin could be flipped after Hillary sided with the BLM rioters when a Milwaukee police officer shot a criminal who was carrying a pistol.
