They have to change the law about presidential pardons. This will prove that anyone closely connected to the administration has no fear of the law and there is no equal justice under the law.

Yes, Obama could pardon Hillary and the Pres. Hill could then pardon Obama.
But someone in a relevant position of authority would have to be willing to prosecute them to start with, and no such person is remotely in sight.

Well, I think it’s not one big happy family, but rather the Obama camp and the Hillary camp.
So would a vain and petty Obama punctuate his two terms with such a controversial, and indeed largely indefensible, pardon? Or would he just let them hang - it’s no skin off his nose, really.

I think he pardons Lynch, Holder, Jarrett, etc. Everyone down the line. I understand that there does not need to be an indictment. He will do it because thats what radicals do.

Then Trump is elected but does not pardon Obama for his crimes. Obama will be very upset
He can pardon anyone for anything that the HAVE or MAY HAVE committed up to THAT point.
He cannot pardon them for anything they MAY do. Such as the ongoing activities of their various enterprises.
He can only pardon FEDERAL crimes.
He cannot pardon non-persons, such as the CLINTON FOUNDATION and it various parts and pieces.
They cannot keep the fruits of their crimes, goodbye Clinton Foundation etc...
And they will be on the hook for the millions of dollars in legal fees, remember Scooter Libby...
They are facing a RICO indictment for their “charities”.
And last but not least, they CANNOT BE PARDONED FOR CAPITAL CRIMES, use your imaginations...
