No. There is no limit to the number of pardons that may be issued. My biggest fear is that on the last day of his presidency, Obama pardons all federal convicts (misdemeanants and felons), so long as they are black.

I've thought about this as well.

The elephant in the room is Obama himself.

While everyone is running around in a lather over Hillary, don't forget that Obama was using an alias on HER server.

HE knew it was illegal, but since NOBODY wants to bring down the big guy, he rarely if ever gets mentioned.

If Obama pardons Hillary, and a lot of people who work directly for the POTUS, he will look like a co-conspirator.

Does he want that kind of heat?
