I'm sure that folks on this forum will think up all sorts of clever (and incredibly painful) ways to usher the perp out of this world and into the next. None of them will come close to what he truly deserves. While I applaud the inventiveness, actually doing such things is bad for us.

My mom called me crying last year. One of her clients (she’s in a sort of social services type agency-but not CPS) left her two young children with a creepy neighbor for a weekend. He raped the toddler girl, beat the baby boy and left them alone in the car all night.
There are so many evil people in this world and anyone who would do this to a baby is the worst kind.

These people need to be put down. Give them a chance to repent and make their peace with God and then send them on their way.

My flesh screams out for a long, slow, agonizing and painful death for this XY, retribution against him. My spirit says punish him to the full extent of man’s laws because God will mete out His Justice to this XY, if he does not repent and accept Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. If he does accept Jesus, he will accept the punishment meted out by man’s laws with grace.
Difficult for me to battle my fleshly desires for brutal punishment on this XY, aka male . (Note: Benjamin is certainly no MAN! A MAN would not sexually assault a baby.)
I once met a woman who appeared normal at first but soon claimed she was raped at 5 years old. Yes, she had issues even at her age of more than 50 years.
I asked if there was penetration and she answered full penetration. I told her my mind could not even begin to get itself wrapped around that.
She said it was an overwhelming urge to get close and become merged with innocence.

When I talked to a friend about this woman I met, he said he had met a woman who had been beaten and tortured by her father from age 3 to age 9 before he was ‘taken away’. But her younger brother by 2 years was never laid a hand on although he was in the same room where the torture and beatings took place. I asked him how can such a thing be explained and he replied that the woman he met said her father’s father had beaten and tortured her father’s sister. So there was a cycle.
I sometimes ask in these types of situations if there is a family history behind it.

Hopefully the infant will recover with no lasting, physical problems from this disgusting assault. I don’t believe a 9 month old would be able to remember it, which would be a blessing for her in the future.
The man who assaulted her needs to be removed from society, and kept out of it. There are several ways that this could be accomplished.
