MS, ongoingly aggravated by that earlier concussion.MS affects different patients different ways, and my wife's MS symptoms don't look like what Hillary has. But if HRC has MS, I think she would already have attempted stem cell therapy; she certainly has the money for it, and had at least three years (2013-2015 inclusive) to go to Germany or Israel for treatment before attempting the campaign. Moreover, unlike Anne Romney, HRC would have received a great deal of media sympathy, and she could have presented herself as the example of how one overcomes physical adversity to become President--Hillary wouldn't have missed that narrative if it were available to her.
My very-elemental medical knowledge says it looks like Parkinson's, but I wouldn't make book on any diagnosis I would give.
