This gets into the nitty gritty of exactly HOW Obama is giving away critical aspects of the internet to shadowy foreign entities. And I will explain why the DNC is complicit and what we can do about it.

Many have sounded the horn:

Congress ordered President Obama to renew one of the most important contracts in history. He's illegally refusing to do so. If DNC senators threatened removal in an impeachment trial then the Executive Branch would comply with or without Obama.

... but ...

We should expect them to be as treasonous as ever.

Since they will not do so, the House can and MUST put the DNC over a barrel through a simple majority impeachment vote. This could be done in three days if the House feels enough pressure.

Basic Understanding

After impeachment it only gets worse for democrats until the Executive Branch bows to its consitutional limitations.

Few people understand how the internet runs, but we all know what 'web pages' are. That's where we 'surf' for information.

And the devil is in the details. Those pages are organized through domain names [including the pages of this forum].

ICANN runs the domain name system. And its contract with the US federal government limits ICANN's ability to meddle with peoples' ownership. The federal government need only renew that contract by September 30 or ICANN becomes a 'free agent' which can secretly wheel and deal with anyone on earth.

The three senators [noted above] already noted that ICANN is holding secret meetings with China. And yesterday Drudge lined up a Soros expose next to this outrage. Drudge undoubtedly suspects that Soros might be involved. That means that Obama's impeachable High Crime is a selling out to dangerous foreign powers. China sometimes threatens to nuke US cities, and Soros is a sworn enemy of the USA.

China -- Senators Cruz, Lankford, and Lee had written an open letter to ICANN seeking information about the organization's secret talks with China. ICANN has refused to answer disturbing questions.

Soros -- Just yesterday below another 'Internet Givaway' report, Drudge linked to this headline:

Specifics of ICANN's Contract:

ICANN was formed by the founder of ARPANET [developed by the US military]. In other words, the US taxpayer funded ICANN's existence. It is a non-profit organization [originally based in California] and BOUND by contract with the United States government.

Unless the Executive Branch renews that contract, ICANN suddenly finds itself independent and free of US federal authority and free to sign a contract with whoever it likes. It would most likely auction off its future contract to the highest bidder's satisfaction. As a non-profit free of federal control, foreign powers will have tremendous leeway to offer 'sweeteners' to key leaders of the organization. There are signs that might already be happening.

The next contract could offer more influence to China or some puppet of Soros or possibly the United Nations. We would be forced to re-negotiate with ICANN to preserve any soveignty of US-run websites. And powerful players [such as Soros] will attempt to interfere with those negotiations.

Once the next contract is signed? International law kicks in.

“Congress twice enacted appropriations riders prohibiting any use of taxpayer funds ‘to relinquish the responsibility of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration [NTIA] … with respect to Internet domain name system functions, including responsibility with respect to the authoritative root zone file and the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority [IANA] functions.’

This was in an open letter signed by 25 advocacy groups including 'Americans for Tax Reform'

They added:

“If NTIA allows the contract to lapse, it will have violated federal law (31 USC § 1341(a)(1)(A). See also 31 U.S.C § 1350).”

Specifics of What we Can Do

We have a clear timeline -- September 30.

All that's needed is for the US government to renew the current contract.

Congress twice voted that to be done, but the Obama administration simply refuses, a brazen act of lawlessness that exceeds Executive Branch authority. It is worse than tyranny. It is treasonous, aka a High Crime that richly deserves impeachment and removal.

Before anything else we need to network -- quickly get other people on the internet informed, write 'letters to the editor' of local papers, and contact local radio programs. I would hope that Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, FoxNews, or others would get involved, but they mentally filed this away as 'ignore'.

... once the public is informed ...

The House can impeach the President with an up-and-down vote. Traditionally the House holds a hearing prior to that vote. [Another tradition is that the House waits for a Senate hearing first, but that is not necessary.]

This is a straight-forward High Crime against the United States, so the hearing need only last for a single day with a vote the following day. One day is needed to fly to D.C.

Three days in all.

After Obama is impeached the Senate schedules an impeachment trial. That will likely be stonewalled because the senate needs a 2/3 super majority vote to remove, and if found 'not guilty' Obama could honestly claim he was 'vindicated' by the impeachment trial.

However, the democrats would 'out' themselves as the creeps we know them to be right before Super Tuesday.

Checkmate -- Other than for corrupt RINOs, the GOP has everything to gain by impeachment and the DNC has everything to lose. We the People have no desire to lose control of the internet to China, Soros, the UN, or anyone else.

In any case, it may be necessary to form a new domain system from top-to-bottom. Or a President Trump could negotiate by use of the internet KILL SWITCH.

Prior to Obama's removal, the information archived in this internet is in danger of being purged. But at least the voters would know who to blame.

That is assuming that the House does its constitutional duty and quickly impeaches the President.

If the House sits on its keister? Then Speaker Ryan would also be complicit and should be removed for this reason alone, preferably in time to threaten Obama and the DNC with a humiliating impeachment prior to September 30.

What is Unreasonable -- a workaround

It is unreasonable to rebuild a new internet so long as this one continues to exist. A bran new internet would never be able to catch up with this one. Thus this current internet would remain dominant until technology one day renders it obsolete.

If Trump were to use the internet 'kill switch' that is the only possible way for a new internet to overtake this current one. But such a move would inflict tremendous damage to national security and the worldwide economy.

The 'kill switch' is best implemented as a leverage in negotiations, and I wonder if the Supreme Court would rule it a violation of US treaties?

Quite simply — he’s refusing to renew the key contract which prevents some shadowy gatekeeper. Congress legislated him to renew that contract TWICE. That is a High Crime. It is treason. It is a betrayal of freedom of speech. It’s easy to explain IF you have the will to.
