Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X is the 33rd season of Survivor (for those unfamiliar with the show, there are two seasons each year). It begins Wednesday, September 21, 2016 on CBS at 8/7c with a special 90 minute episode.
The players range in age from 18 to 52. There are seven from California, including six from Southern California, two each from Florida and New York, and one each from Colorado, Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
Given that the youngest Gen-Xer is 33 and the oldest Millennial is 31, it's possible that the theme might have been created after the cast was assembled. This has been suspected of some past Survivor seasons.
Vanua Tribe (Millennials - orange buffs): Adam, Figgy, Hannah, Jay, Mari, Michaela, Michelle, Taylor, WIlliam, Zeke

Australian Survivor is worth checking out. In many ways better than the current US version.
You can find poor quality vids on Youtube or you can fake your IP and watch it on Tens website..or go to one of the sites that posts TV shows.
I am going to give another shout out for Australian Survivor.
Monday episode 13 is another one of “Yeah, didn’t see that one coming”
If the new American Survivor doesn’t have epic blindsides that they don’t telegraph to the audience..twists and turns that surprise the audience..and epic eye candy for the women...it will pale in comparison to Australian Survivor.
That said...can’t wait to see how the Criminal Cartel Lawyer wiggles out of this one..yet again...
watch first 8 minutes or wait until Wednesday http://www.ew.com/article/2016/09/19/survivor-millennials-vs-gen-x-premiere

David, on Team Old Folks, needs to be switched for Zeke on Team Meeee! Zeke is the only one who gave any thought to building a shelter. Poor widdle David is so scared of everything that I was waiting for him to be curled into a fetal position whimpering within the first 5 minutes. Unless he makes a major mistake, he'd be a great goat. Too bad the Old Folks went to tribal. Ooh, CeCe is going to go all #BLM for the 3 (?) boots she got. Why did she get so many votes? For hanging around Rachel? Jessica's eye infection is awful. Hope she's getting treatment. Which of the older guys had the heart attack? That's be one more down for Team Old Folks and not a good beginning. Mark, please, no more nasty men's undies. Make them wear shorts. The gals aren't much better with their boobs falling out all over the place but at least the editors blur those out. Shirts and shorts. What's so difficult?

WOW. I'm just finished with episode 5 and HOLY MOLY! That is probably one of the best twists I've ever seen in a Survivor series anywhere. I'd hate to spoil it for others who might want to hunt it down, but boy, I sure hope that they shared their councils with the US version, because that two tribes going to tribal twist and the further twists in there would absolutely blow the minds of contestants here.
Can't wait to binge through the rest of the episodes and catch up (even though this week's tribal’s already been spoiled for me.)
But boy, THAT was a twist for the ages.
