Ruby Tuesday plans to close 95 restaurants throughout the country, the company announced.
The locations of the restaurants to be closed have not been released, but the restaurants will be shutting down quickly. According to the company's press release, the under-performing locations will stop operations by September.
Ruby Tuesday's had 724 restaurants as of May 31, and 646 of those were company-operated.

Read up on the home “restaurant” niche. Private homeowners are holding dinners for friends and family and making money under the table.
Now burgers at these places are $11-12 minimum and drinks (sodas) are about $3.
For a family of four, that'll run you $75-$85.
We used to eat at places like this quite a bit. We very rarely do it anymore.

Went to Texas Roadhouse last week. Came out stuffed and had go boxes for lunch the next day. Total bill was $51 for four of us and included a couple of ‘ritas.
I like that place.

There are long, huge tunnels that are connected to one underground kitchen.
That’s why the food all tastes the same, in the places you mentioned.

Looked at taking over a Vietnamese restaurant some years back. The owner was a bookkeeper, and she had two separate sets of books.
