Ted Cruz must have a strategy of dividing the Republican Party (with full support of the Republican Oligarchs behind the scenes) to make sure Hillary wins because of the division. Somehow they are determining that Trump is not going to run again in 2020 and Cruz will then seek the nomination.
With the absolute mess that Hillary will make, Cruz will be seen as the only solution by the conservative side. Good strategy, but not good for the country.
A bad miscalculation. He was booed off stage.
It is the Ted and his ego above country show.
It isn’t even good strategy when you alienate most of your own base by your self-centered actions.
It’s no good if Cruz has to ruin his brand to achieve it. Which he has done. And it will be to no avail.
What Ted should have done is endorse Trump and be the nominee in 2024. At the least been one of the picks for SCOTUS.
I believe that if Hellery wins, the Republican party is DEAD.
And Hillary Clinton will import MILLIONS of Syrian Refugees, make 20+ million illegals citizens, put in 4 new COMMIE Supreme Court justices, who will overturn the 2nd Amendment..and Ted Cruz thinks he has a shot in 2020 LOL LOL Democrats will be in power for the next 50+ years
With one assassination attempt on Trump already, Cruz (who everyone agrees is smart), might be preparing a Cruz “promotion”.
Mr. Cruz - there won’t be a country left after Hillary.
This is sure fire way to loose any support you have left. Ronny didn’t win the nomination his first time. It’s time to man up.
Now Ted will have to campaign for Trump nonstop to redeem himself.

Ted is not very bright. Obviously.
Dingbat Ted won’t make it through Republican primary. He likely won’t win any decent primary challenge in 2018.
Except it will be “... and people will blame Cruz” bank on it.
We need to draft Gov. Perry to run against Cruz.
He may make sure Clinton wins but he’s pretty well killed any chance that people will be ready for Cruz in 2020.
He’s an idiot if he thinks that.
