A new study suggests that people are are overweight tend to be less intelligent than those who are not.
According to the study, people who are overweight have less grey and white matter in key parts of the brain, meaning their brain develops an altered reward processing, effectively meaning they lack the ability to control their eating.
The results were extracted from very thorough brain scans of 32 people from Baltimore....

Two things:
First, recently it was discovered that brainscans have a fundamental error in their estimation algorithms that invalidates thousands of studies. Not surprisingly brain scientists are saying "oh never mind all that, nothing to see there" but they would, wouldn't they? So perhaps there is some question in this case.
However on the other hand, the study was done by scanning brains in Baltimore. Baltimore is HEAVILY democratic. I would hence expect to see lower intelligence in such scans so perhaps the study is good after all.

The results were extracted from very thorough brain scans of 32 people from Baltimore, equal numbers of men and women, using BMI (Body Mass Index) and body fat percentages in order to analyse the results. How can a statement be made when the study group is microscopic?
How 'bout a study involving 32,000 people? Much more reliable and believable.
