WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said she will not provide any comment or facts on the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton's email practices, speaking to lawmakers who pushed her for details on Tuesday.
Lynch said FBI Director James Comey has given the public details of the investigation and she will not provide additional information.

Lynch obfuscated, danced, parsed and all but outright lied. However, her excuses why when Hillary lied to Congress about no classified material on her server when the FBI found otherwise rang pretty hollow. Hillary got a pass and all but the most partisan know it.

Why do they let her get away with pretending that her own employees are “independent” of her?
The GOP could have called for an independent special counsel when the investigation first started. But they just played along as if it was all kosher to have Obama’s Attorney General investigate Obama’s Secretary of State.

I’m sure she was told in no uncertain terms that “no comment” was the appropriate response during her meeting with Bill last week.

She does not HAVE TO accept Comey’s recommendation.
The fact that she announced she would accept his recommendation BEFORE he made it even adds to the suspicion. (after her exposed meeting with Bill - whhc I guarantee was supposed to be secret - until a lucky photographer got a tip he was there)

Watching presumably a re-run on Fox News. Lynch is asked point blank if it’s illegal for a person with security clearance to share classified documents with a person who has no such clearance. Lynch does the shuck ‘n jive. Unbelievable.

What difference does it make!
I think Lynch just tripped herself up under Trey Gowdy. She got done with previous questioning and answered that she simply accepted the determination of the FBI team. Under questioning of Gowdy, she then says she independently came to the conclusions on her own. Which is it? Did she blindly take the FBI team non-referral, or did she do what she told Trey Gowdy she said she did - meaning - she evaluated and independently rendered an opinion not to prosecute? Did she just perjure herself?
