I think Lynch just tripped herself up under Trey Gowdy. She got done with previous questioning and answered that she simply accepted the determination of the FBI team. Under questioning of Gowdy, she then says she independently came to the conclusions on her own. Which is it? Did she blindly take the FBI team non-referral, or did she do what she told Trey Gowdy she said she did - meaning - she evaluated and independently rendered an opinion not to prosecute? Did she just perjure herself?
