Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she doesn’t even “want to contemplate” a Donald Trump presidency, during a rare interview released Sunday — in which she also talked of heading “to New Zealand” if the billionaire wins. “I can’t imagine what this place would be . . . with Donald Trump as our president,” the 83-year-old jurist said in an interview in her chambers which was published by the New York Times.

Has a sitting SC Justice ever involved themselves in a Presidential election in this manner? If Clarence Thomas had laid into Obama there would have been calls for his impeachment.

If Ginsburg goes as far as to endorse Clinton, would that be an impeachable offense?
It probably is, but it’ll never happen.
I think we could get a charter plane, and put Al Sharpton, and Whoopi Goldbery and Barbara Streisand with Ruth. I am sure there is an island in the Phillipines they would LOVE the President there.
