I think Comey knew that the Justice Department (an oxymoron) would never press the case if the FBI turned it over to them. By not filing charges now, the FBI leaves the door open to have the next administration file them. Had they filed charges now, double jeopardy would apply and Hillary could never face charges for these offenses.

It’s a lot more than Clinton and Comey. Remember the infamous “Golf Summit” between Slick and Obola about six months ago that was followed up by the Obolas and Clinton’s having dinner together. Shortly before that there was a lot of chatter about Obola dropping the Witch. About two weeks afterwards Obola publicly supervised Biden while Biden dropped any possibility of running. Obola also pretty much endorsed the
Witch at about that time. That’s when the fix went in. Everything else has just been theater.

It is universally accepted that comey was compromised. He was told what to say at the end which were the exact terminology strangely used by obama— “ no malicious intent” and “extreme carelessness”. the chances of that happenstance are virtually nil. This morning on fox they juxtaposed obama with comey saying these prepared words. Total rigged destruction of the “rule of law’ and its transfer to the “rule of man:.
I was in several discussions today and the universal question assumed the “rigging” but the question was ,in deed, how did they compromise this man? something very dark. I fully expect him to resign very soon.
