This is counter-productive—both a distraction from the positives, we need to focus on, to elect Trump, and a distraction from the proper focus on the amoral career of Hillary Clinton.

I’m no lawyer, but the legal definition from the legal dictionary is, “A second prosecution for the same offense after acquittal or conviction or multiple punishments for same offense.”
I’m not sure if she can be pardoned for a crime she was never charged with.
I guess we’re too stupid to understand the difference between breaking hte law and committing a crime.

Comey has accepted the role of the FBI as the “Secret State Police” of the USA.
The FBI is no longer about enforcing the law, but about doing the will of the America’s rulers (which is not “the people”). The law that applies to us does not apply to them and so the FBI will not enforce it.
But the rest of us peasants better not step out line.

The entire system is corrupt. Having a skeleton in your closet could be a resume enhancer. If you want to be promoted you have to have something that can be held over you. This election season has exposed many of the moles in the Republican party. People like Comey look entirely respectable. However, if a few years ago you called Dennis Hastert a pervert, you would be called a lunatic. Comey and Roberts made decisions that made no sense. You don’t have to be a right-winger to see this.

I meant Comey. Comey is a complete laughing stock he was so corrupted. He actually lied about the intent element of the crimes ( thousands of crimes) that he proved and then walked away from / He said the standard was “ malicious intent” that was ,is and shall be a lie forever. 10 USC 793f doesn’t require above gross negligence. There is no “malicious” requirement in the statute and no “intent”!! He lied!!!
He has to be so compromised and emotionally devastated after destroying his entire career that I fully expect him to resign very soon.
Sometimes you use the carrot AND the stick. Acceptance of the carrot keeps the jackass from doing something to try to ease his conscience later.
