“It’s become a stupid cult here...”
There’s certainly some evidence for that. Some people literally worship Cruz as the ‘second coming’ of Reagan. It doesn’t matter if you show them that, up to this point, Ted’s reputation as a conservative stalwart is completely built on hype, and not actual deeds.
They just stand there, bug eyed, repeating their mantras.

True and then they spit out specious crap about Trump and how "stupid" we are and that "WE" are cultists.
The rabid ones all suffer greatly from terminal projection complex and now I just laugh at them all.

Obama 2.0?
The parallels between them are eerie and disturbing.

You and PA Engineer are the ones who are openly (and first) bringing up a hot vs. cold revolution against me. I interpret that as a threat.........Nothing more...nothing less. You are the one that needs to refute this type of rhetoric.
Why is your conscious so guilty?

Now who has a problem with reading comprehension? This was a threat against me....plain and simple
How is it a threat. It is a statement of fact. You have chosen the side of the occupation. Tell us about yourself? Your posting history cannot be refuted.

Well , it looks like Cruz has gone over to the dark side.....Lindsey Graham is supporting him, Jeb Bush is supporting him, Mitt Romney is supporting him , that nut Glen Beck is supporting him ( Has he ever gone off the deep end ) I guess Ted is now officially one of them......one of the GOP elitists....
I guess the Mormons in Utah had to vote for who their God, Mittens Romney, told them to vote for....
Trump is the only one left that is not one of them......

Thanks for the post and link. I knew he was Obama two when I started digging.

You have already made a threatening remark.saying specifically I would be at the opposite side of a "hot revolution" Am surprised that FR now allows those kind of comments.
You have already crossed the line. I am through with you.

My vote for Cruz on the Caucus Thread represents a vote to stop Trump and go contested convention. Trump’s unfavorables are so high, I don’t think it’s possible for him to succeed in November. 79% of college grads and 73% of women have an unfavorable view of him. As do I.

In my response last night I referenced Wisconsin as a caucus state. The Green Sheet referenced it that way.
This morning I’m seeing it referenced as a primary state.
Trump does well in primaries, yet is considered tied there with Cruz.
You would think he would get a boost from Brussels.
The folks at The View sure took notice.

I don’t follow the threads but mostly I read comments when I refresh “Latest Posts”. I have noticed that there are more Pro-Trump threads than Pro-Cruz threads. Jim said that like me, several FReepers do not want to jump into the fray. Could be his perception since we all have our preferences.

Could be. I do know that he would be comfortable with either Trump or Cruz.

“My vote for Cruz on the Caucus Thread represents a vote to stop Trump and go contested convention.”
Thank you for conceding that Cruz can’t win on his own, and that you, his supporter, are completely in favor of throwing our electoral process to the party insiders, and overturning the expressed will of the people.
How dare you even show your face here, you totalitarian.

That is to be expected when there are this many candidates.
