Ted Cruz Says Donald Trump's Voters Have "relatively low information" And Are "not that engaged"
The Brody File ^ | 3/10/2016 | David Brody

Posted on 03/10/2016 5:22:05 AM PST by joesbucks

GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz tells The Brody File that the reason Donald Trump is performing well in the GOP race for president is because his voters are uninformed and not engaged in the process. “Donald does well with voters who have relatively low information, who are not that engaged and who are angry and they see him as an angry voice.

Video of DT saying “I love the poorly educated.”

take it for what you will. Freepers are those who want to know but have their own filters for what is acceptable.

The poorly educated (bad choice of words IMHO) are those without a degree.

“All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten”

by Robert Fulghum

Most of what I really need
To know about how to live
And what to do and how to be
I learned in kindergarten.
Wisdom was not at the top
Of the graduate school mountain,
But there in the sandpile at Sunday school.

These are the things I learned:

Share everything.
Play fair.
Don’t hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
Clean up your own mess.
Don’t take things that aren’t yours.
Say you’re sorry when you hurt somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Flush.
Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
Live a balanced life -
Learn some and think some
And draw and paint and sing and dance
And play and work everyday some.
Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go out into the world,
Watch out for traffic,
Hold hands and stick together.
Be aware of wonder.

Cruz has zero chance to win in the general. Outside of very conservative evangelicals, he’s got nothing. Plus hes a fraudulent career politician that try’s with all of his night to convince simpletons that he is an outside. In your case, he’s succeeded.

O Canada!
Our home and native land!

He did not say uneducated, or unintelligent, he said uninformed. He is right. Trump people have decided who they want and will not be disturbed by factual arguments. It’s about how they feel not what the issues are or how he will handle them.

Have you ever tried to build something in Rat infested city? You need a permit to do anything you have 40 concert trucks lined up ready to pour and the inspector has not shown up yet. You know how you avoid those problems? Yup to make a contribution to the right people so your projects go smoothly. That is just the way it is. Ask any devoloper in NYC. Trump pays the extortion and just prices into the project.

You are as rude , nasty and confused as your candidate, but this is still America and the establishment still rules today so carry on.

Who will you vote for when Trump is the nominee? Tough one for establishment types isn’t it? We stupid people as Cruz calls us will support America!

Trump supporters think Cruz’s claim is just another lie. They don’t see Trump’s support of politicians as the same sort of corruption that politicians engage in (if they see political donations as corruption at all), and they don’t see Trump’s support of politicians as the equivalent of being a Washington insider for forty years (that is what Cruz claims Trump is).

Trump inoculated himself to a degree to these charges by bringing them up himself.

I am not going to trash Trump, because he would be much better than Hillary or Bern.

Trump has trashed LOTS of republicans who have a future:

Rubio (who has issues)
Jeb! (low energy , ok we like this)
Carson (pathological)
Rand Paul (’having a hard time, other epitaphs )
Scott Walker ( low energy, my first candidate . A real loss)
Carly (that face)
Christie (banged on the bridge before the bromance)

So I dont like seeing our talent damaged. At the very least, Trump may have to deal with Senator Ted Cruz, Chair of the Senate Judiciary committee ...

Wow you really are in the “low information” column. How’s supporting a GOPe candidate like Cruz working for you since he hired Neil Bush?

Trump is a DISASTER and will lead to the party’s destruction.

You posted that like you think it is a bad thing.

The Republican party establishment needs to be dislodged from control of the party or the party will just be more of the same -- establishment people wanting to keep the status quo, because it keeps their checks coming in and power get-together invitations coming in.

Yeah, I know. I was thinking (from somebody’s “Fredo” remark) about an analogy of government as mafia. One candidate for don is going from being a shopkeeper who has been suffering shakedowns vs. another going from capo to mafia don. The position (mafia don) carries a certain “quality,” about cleaning up the organization - like any mafia don is going to clean up the mafia! But if you are a shopkeeper or an outsider, who would you rather send in to the position?

I can’t believe any Freeper would even suggest that Cruz, who was a Canadian citizen less than 2 years ago, is eligible! Mms y of those same people that argued Obama wasn’t eligible because he ‘might’ have been born in Kenya!

You think Trump has worked in a blue collar job, or struggled to support his family? If you do then you are what Cruz was talking about, uninformed. Cruz grew up in a blue collar family, worked his way through college, repaid his own student loans. Donald Trump grew up a spoiled brat in a very rich household. Q) Who knows more about blue collar struggles? A) It ain’t Trump.

It is. Do you really want buy everything from the company store?

Look at the stories of how some towns are devastated by a Walmart leaving.

Are you for the the fairness doctrine coming back?

How about ObamaCare. Scoring points when we own the executive is important.

Whatever damage Trump has added to his opponents in this race will play out in various ways. If the charge is false, it hurts Trump's credibility and makes him unnecessarily and dishonestly ruthless.

-- So I dont like seeing our talent damaged. --

It's unavoidable in a primary race. I wish the discussion was more honest and transparent than it has been, but the press and the candidates (all of them) benefit from diversions and speaking in code.

Most Trumpters who post here are hateful to any Trump opposition.

When clear cut facts are posted damaging Trump it’s dismissed as lies.
