The world is my urinal....it's just a matter of time before it's legal to take a dump in public in New York.

The inmates have taken over the asylum. I’m glad I left New York after 50 years.

I haven’t worked in the city in 8 years. live on staten island.

heard it’s FALLING APART again after all of Rudy’s hard work.

Come back Rudy and stay in office till your last day!

and if my wife gets hurt in Manhattan by any piece of ####, jail will be the safest place for him/it.

Note to Billie: Guiliani attached the horrible crime problem in New York by minor crimes. If people know they cannot get away with small stuff, they will parlay that into the big stuff.

You have just opened the door for more crime in NYC. Nice job. /s

All to kill off Capitalism and anyone who would visit there to spend money. I’m glad to have spent a couple of great, long weekends there in the 80’s and 90’s. Not now. Will avoid. Until sanity prevails.

Since when is drinking alcohol in public a crime? That’s just weird.

Manhattan is not that big a drinking town, actually. Whenever I visit London and see the drunk kids on the sidewalk in the west end, I’m always reminded of how unrowdy Manhattan is on a Friday or Saturday night. So public drinking is not really a huge problem at all. Public urination among the homeless? That’s a problem!

Yup. Giuliani and Bratton got tons of well-deserved praise for the broken windows approach. It absolutely worked.

Now the politicians want to do the exact opposite. Because they are evil.

Drinking on public streets and sidewalks is illegal in New York.

Even if the cops don’t arrest you any more, they’ll still empty your can or glass into the gutter, and give you a ticket.

In many cities open container laws (drinking in public) have long been in place.

Urinating and crapping in many parts of New York City would be considered an urban renewal initiative.

There was a Blue Bloods episode just last week about this sort of thing. Of course, Tom Selleck talked the City Council out of doing something so stupid by convincing them that crime would soar and they would be held accountable. Too bad DiBlasio is so stupid, along with Cyrus Vance (obviously another stupid Dem).
