“I wish Trump was polling comfortably ahead in Texas”
Well, Texas is Ted’s home field, so he’s got the advantage here. He will probably take more delegates in Texas than Trump will, but he won’t surpass the 50% threshold in order to convert the state primary to ‘winner take all’.
It’ll be a win for Ted, but won’t be enough for him to build on. Trump will trounce everyone in the other Super Tuesday states, and walk into Wednesday morning with an insurmountable lead.
After Tuesday, this thing is basically a wrap.
And just to be clear, this is not propaganda. It comes straight from what Donald Trump has said since declaring his candidacy. Ignore it at your own peril. But as long as my desire to do what is right remains stronger than my desire for revenge, I will will vote for the candidate who believes in Constitutional restraints and limited government. And Donald Trump is not that candidate.

Friend, I know you want to believe in Ted. I did too, before I took an honest look at what he did, as opposed to all the syrupy hype about him.
At this point there’s no profit in further debating the points I brought up. They’ve been discussed endlessly here, and Ted was found wanting by the vast majority of Freepers.
I’m afraid he’s just not all he was cracked up to be, and that’s why he’s losing the race.
No. It's more properly known as "Special Pleading," and those who engage in it AND believe it are a special kind, indeed.

I would tell you if I knew it, but I don’t know it.
It never interested me and I didn’t pay much attention.
I do remember someone saying it disbursed about two to three weeks in though. Whether that was entirely accurate I don’t know.
I believe at least some of those folks are back here, but I didn’t know who all actually left and I don’t know who all actually returned.

I’ve got some friends in Sugarland, they had told me on the past about The Redneck Country Club there - said it was quite popular.
Talked to them yesterday, and Ted is having his “victory party” there on Tuesday. Sometimes I just wonder...
