More and more it seems a real possibility that Mittens might get into the race.
Rubio is a little shaky and The Establishment is getting a little desperate.
How would you react? If you encountered a neighbor you really liked, what would you say about this?
Would you vote for another Republican again..?
Putting Mitt Romney into the GOP POTUS race would kill off the entire Republican Party!!! End of story!!! The GOP (e) must be stoned on reefer, or purely, 100% insane!!! Already both Marco Rubio & Ted Cruz are hurting the GOP brand name...in exactly the same way Jeb Bush did!!! Dummies!!!

The nice thing about Romney is he’s just as strong a candidate now as he was four years ago. He’d run a close second place against Hillary, just like he did against Obama.

This is the first election I’ve ever paid any attention to the nominating rules. They are ridiculously complex, and I hear they get re-written every once in a while to try to nudge the result in the direction the Party thinks it wants. (For example, I heard that the scheduling of the election order, and the number of Florida delegates, were tweaked to favor Jeb, although he flopped so badly it had no effect.)
I think you’re right about deadlines, but those are for the primaries where WE get to vote. The more I hear about the convention rules, the more I think that’s a smaller part of what happens if it’s close, and no one has a majority on the first convention vote.
That's the point. The GOPe will throw the election to Hillary and then figure out a way to ensure someone like Trump never happens again.
Establishment Republicans can play ball with Hillary. She's practically one of them. Trump will arrive in DC driving a bulldozer and knock the whole place down.

Obama was re-elected because the oh so righteous conservatives didn’t think that Romney was conservative enough. Plus he’s mormon.
