I’m reminded of what Trump said the first few times he decided Cruz was ineligible:

No. It is a lawsuit by a small number of people who enrolled and were not happy. Many were happy.
The best they can do is being Acquaintances who you should always keep at Arms length.

Even if NOT..... If I were Mr. Trump I would settle up with the aggrieved people ASAP... (he can afford it and it would make him look good)

Like I said before, I’m not a huge Trump supporter but anyone stupid enough to pay tuition for a class on real-estate flipping got a lesson in how not to get taken like that again. If they still don’t get it, I’d make them pay more until they finally do.

Trump said that the people suing are just a few, and that they actually surveyed the course and gave it high marks originally. He could have easily settled but the case is a slam dunk for him so he is letting it play out.
