The Russian vixen who accused Eliot Spitzer of choking her at The Plaza hotel is a divorced, globe-trotting beauty who once bared all the dirty details of her life as a $5,000-a-night hooker, The Post has learned.

Cops believe that Svetlana Zakharova Travis, 25 — who dumped her husband, Michael, in 2013 but kept his name — used the byline “Svetlana Z” for an article titled “Sex is Sex, but Money is Money.”

The online piece reveals how she came to New York with $300 in her pocket and developed a stable of wealthy clients.

“I turned 24 in March and have managed to save $200,000, by f- -king for money,” reads the piece, which was posted on the site Medium

About 15 years ago I use to drive a yellow cab in NYC and I'll never forget, my first day my this other driver gave me advice on the types of people to avoid: The gangstas - obviously, the drunks because they will fall asleep and puke, and the Russian hookers and strippers because they will never ever ever pay and if you call the cops they will scream assault or rape. Guess what happened? I drove 2 russian strippers my first week and both of them ripped me off, one waited till I was stuck in traffic and ran off on a $26 fare and the other told me she forgot her money in a building and never came back. That was the last time I ever drove one. But you know I always wondered how they got into the country, because is there some need by the USA for hookers and con artists? This girl comes here, scams landlords, doesn't pay taxes obviously, probably scams everyone else like taxi drivers, so how is she getting into the country? And I think I understand now. Former Governors like Elliot Spitzer are helping them and this other guy, this Michael Travis. These lowlifes need to be held accountable for this garbage. Yes she is hot, but these Russian girls are crooks and last time I checked I believe we have enough crooks as it is.

The words you speak are undeniably true, GrandJedi, but don’t expect our federal overlords to ever try to answer them.

We have plenty of native crooks, we don’t need to import millions more. Nor do we need MS-13 gang members, millions of tomato pickers who get free education, free health care, food stamps, etc., nor do we need hosts of mohammedans (some of whom want to slit our throats or blow us up), nor do we need tens of thousands of Somalis who don’t know what a flushable toilet is.

But our overlords know what is best for us so the invasion will continue.

This is how you know you're an old guy. My first thought was there is no-one and nothing anyone could offer to do that I would be willing to pay $5,000 for.

This is how you know you're a really old guy. My second thought was even if I had millions and $5k was "nothing" to me...nah. There's a multitude of other ways to dispose of $5k that'd be more entertaining, even meaningful.

We have fine, upstanding young Russian, Belorussian, and Ukrainian women who immigrate to this country legally, work at legit jobs, and join Orthodox Christian parishes—often Orthodox Church in America.

Hoe do our immigration services tell the difference between these fine women and the cheap strippers who maybe look superficially like them? Hoe does a taxi driver, for example, tell the difference?

No, the accents and the age and if I was near a strip club or hotel, you can tell immediately who they are by the way they dress or look, you get better at IDing people pretty fast and once I got the idea of who they were I would lock the doors and throw on the off duty light, or if they got in and I heard the accent I would say “Oh sorry, I’m off duty or out of gas” and they would usually yell or b*tch out but I did get them the hell out of my cab. I drove for about 4 years, and it’s amazing how you get to a point where you can tell something about someone from even half a block away, whether they are trouble or not.
