Since your version is asking for money it probably is a scam on top of it. They're hoping Tea Party people are really as stupid as the media has claimed over the years. Contact TeaParty.org and ask them if they are sending these emails out soliciting contributions. If it is in truth TeaParty.org doing this they will lose support as a result for sure.

I imagine it depends on what “anti” means.
If it is the normal stuff where we disagree with obama, hate him, compare him to Satan, Hitler, Mickey Mouse, etc. - obviously that isn’t so or we would have all been arrested by now.
I have read of a few times where people post something threatening and they have been visited by the Secret Service.
Even then - I’m guessing 99% of those types of threats are bluster.
