Celebrating Satan? While Homeschool w/ no TV really is the answer for our kids, we need to push back as hard as we can on Fox.
Ideas beyond the obvious of just tuning out?
It’s a really good comic they’re basing Lucifer on. In it Lucifer gets tired of all that Satan stuff, locks up hell and buys a bar. I’m interested in seeing if Fox can pull it off.

No fox here, we stopped fox last year. Cut way back on TV, only on in the AM for what little news we can get. Then the TV is OFF for the rest of the day.

TVs come with dials for a reason (or buttons). Boycotts are stupid. You were not going to watch it anyway.

Boycott, smoycott or girlcott — if you don’t like a show just change the channel or turn off the tv; that is what I do.

Lucifer absolutely hates God and his creation, mankind and he would poison his customers while they are in a state of sin in order to reap their souls into hell. But I bet Fox makes him the coolest dude around.
I prefer Mark Pellegrino’s character of Lucifer on the CW’s series Supernatural. They even made a joke about Fox’s Lucifer on this week’s episode.
I saw a screener of the Lucifer pilot. Pretty lame. The actor plays Lucifer very...swishy. Like Oscar Wilde, even though all women are supposed to want to drop their pants for him. Otherwise it’s basically Castle. He helps a cop solve crimes, but regular crimes, not supernatural stuff. An angel keeps showing up to scold him for going awol, but it’s side story, nothing to compel the main story.
faux outrage. What’s new. Over the top upset groups. I hate that about Republicans always making us as a group look stupid. Remember the ridiculous Starbucks nonsense cup? We always look foolish when we don’t use our brains.
I haven t watched supernatural. I may be mistaken but I thought it was gay themed but I may be thinking about a BBC show that s similar.
