I really don't like what's happening to FR in this primary. There is very little discourse and deep analysis anymore. I welcome a discussion on my thoughts above. From my perspective, Trump is sounding more and more like an Alinsky Democrat every day... and his supporters don't care.

I think Ted would make the better president, but if it comes down to either Trump or Rodham....I vote Trump~

Well what you posted was far from in depth. You sound like your mad your guy Cruz has blown it. Glen Beck was not wise. It is hard to have an in depth discussion when Cruz takes on a certified whacko to go to rallies with.

Trump’s not perfect, but he’s right where it counts. I don’t agree with your assessment of him.

I don't consider it “deep analysis” to suggest that Trump and Obama are in any fashion similar.

That’s the real choice.

Until Trump said it, what other candidate had the balls to bring up the 800 pound gorilla in the room, Islam? He had the character to essentially write off one of the fastest growing voting blocks because he knew it was in the countries best interest.
He is simply Trump. No one else.

I’d take Cruz over Trump, but without Trump in the race we’d just be choosing between Jethro or Mario.

LOL. I don’t think there’s much to say if that’s how you feel. Best of luck to Ted in the primaries, guess we’ll see how it shakes out in the end.

Iâd take Cruz over Trump, but without Trump in the race weâd just be choosing between Jethro or Mario.I don't disagree. I've said so many times myself. I just wish FR would get back to caring about the truth and less about slamming "the other guy." Trump has been palatable to me all the way... but his recent tactics, statements, and GOPe support should be explored, not ignored.

Trump is deceptive and, as such, is an unknown quantity. It is very reasonable to be suspicious of this man. However, if it comes to a choice between him and Hillary, there really is no choice. It will be interesting and perhaps even frightening to see where this ends.

So I should vote for someone who is not saying what I want to hear and I don’t particularly like?
If that were the case we should all vote Jeb.

Trumpâs not perfect, but heâs right where it counts. I donât agree with your assessment of him. This isn't a policy disagreement. It's about tactics and attitude... although I don't agree with him on everything. There isn't anyone I do agree with 100%. The fact that the GOPe prefers Trump to Cruz tells you something.

Actually, there is. It might not be you doing it, but there is.
You fail to understand that elections are not won by logical intelligence but by emotion and wallets.
Americans are tired of being told they cannot be Americans, and they are tired of being broke.
Trump addresses both of those issues.
