One State Department lawyer involved in the alleged re-categorization was Kate Duval. Duval once worked in the same law firm as Clinton's current and long-time lawyer David Kendall and at the IRS during the Lois Lerner email controversy. Duval left government service for private practice in mid-September.

Yeah, this is going nowhere.

As in, the fix is in, has been in, and Clinton knows it; that’s why she laughs—maniacally.

We all know Hillary broke multiple laws and statutes and guidelines.

The only question is (not when she will be punished...but) when will they stop these silly investigations?

Hasn;t Hillary already “taken full responsibility”? And we all know that means she fully expects to get off scot-free.

DAILY MAIL EXCLUSIVE: security farce at 'data fortress' holding Hillary's emails) Datto, Inc, which stored Hillary's national security secrets when it backed up her private server claims it runs 'data fortresses' monitored by 24 hour security; that only a retinal or palm scan allows access.

But its Bern Township, PA facility, doesn't have a perimeter fence or security checkpoints and has two reception areas.

Dumpsters were left open and unguarded, and loading bays have no security presence Datto, Inc, was in the network that stored classified messages from Hillary's controversial private email server. But unlike most government buildings, it is possible to walk into Datto without being challenged. Daily Mail Online saw employees from inside the building emptying trash into a dumpster that was kept open and unattended.

The disclosures raise alarms that emails were not as secure had Clinton used her official email account as Secretary of State. (video at web site)

The Datto building in Bern Township, near Reading, PA, which the firm describes in glowing terms as a data fortress. But it has no fence surrounding it and no checkpoints.

The only thing I enjoy more than these daily stories about Hillary’s crimes is watching her supporters come here immediately after the story goes up and post that nothing is going to happen.

Five years in prison for each count.

Yeah, that’s nothing.

The fix is in. As soon as the FBI gives up, this will complete lur list of gubmit agencies which are corrupt and untrustable.

At least this makes things easier following CW II, we know who to look for.

I am so bitterly distrustful of Obama that I believe the outcome of the investigation was preordained. No matter how extensive the criminal evidence, Obama will pardon Hillary.

And if the FBI investigation should extend into the next presidential administration, no Republican will prosecute a former first lady. She will never go to jail. She knows this.

No investigation is even necessary. Hillary has already admitted to crimes. The emails already in possession are more than proof beyond a reasonable doubt. This is all a stall for Hillary.
