Don’t mess with that Rev....
OH MY GOD! WHAT’S NEXT?
Gun violence yesterday, brick violence today and stick violence tomorrow!
Hurry, Obama SAVE US!
Please understand that I am NOT challenging the pastor’s LEGAL rights, in any way suggesting that his actions were criminal.
But bad-assery aside, does anyone think that this may have been overkill?
Amen!
Never bring a brick to a......naaah. too easy. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.
I luv good gun-control!
“Can I get an “Amen” brothers and sisters.”
Amen.
Got to love a Preacher who defends his flock!
Thou hath been delivered.....amen.
Expect more and more of this. I feel for any Muslims that come through our doors yelling allah, allah, allah ackbar looking for trouble. Our pastor and half the congregation are packing. We also have weapons secreted throughout the building. Prior to the Muslim President we never did this type of thing...
UP here in the UP of MI, many churches regardless of denomination have meet recently and many have asked parishioners whom have the appropriate permits to carry a firearm to do so. there has even been a classification of words to used from the pulpit that will activate those whom are armed to go into action. It is a plan of action in the three parishes that I serve in and a number of other churches that I am familiar with.
Look at your church during the sermon, worship, and prayer, - everyone is facing forward looking at the front of the church sanctuary. The main door as behind everyone, and the church doors are open (unlocked). The Pastor is there in the front and sees whom walks in. Worst case scenario a bloodbath would ensue. Best case at least strive to take out the perpetrator or perpetrators.
Generally a church is a soft target - large gathering of like minded individuals, with a unlocked door, and a limited means to see whom enters. A pew cannot protect a parishioner from a bullet.
In this case I strongly believe the pastor was warranted to shoot the man
Amen. Protecting the flock with a Glock.
Anything worth doing, is worth doing right.
Reasons for multiple shots fired:
-Heat of the moment and threat won’t go down.
-Related: No mention of which Glock; could be the new .380
-Related: No mention of whether using hollow point, which creates a bigger wound channel and more shock, or ball ammo.
Pastor Allegedly Shoots Man
Pastor: "Because I ran out of bullets."
:-)
Now that’s my kind of pastor! Packs during services. Just in case the Devil shows up.
Detroit Police are investigating allegations that the pastor accused of fatally shooting a man in church Sunday afternoon was having an affair with the victim’s wife.
Assistant Chief Steve Dolunt confirmed that police are investigating the allegations.
