Gorgeous country up that way in Upstate, NY, if you've never been. Especially this time of year (Fall foliage season). I highly recommend the following state parks: Watkins Glen State Park (first pic below), Robert H. Treman SP (2nd pic), and Taughannock Falls SP (3rd)

Wow! New York State looks like a beautiful place to visit.
Would never want to live there, or pay those taxes.

Thank you for posting those beautiful pics of this area. I've lived near Ithaca over 35 years and appreciate its beauty anew every year.
The local politics, not so much. :-)
And the winter storms, not so much.
But it's a great place to live, all taken together.

I grew up near Letchworth SP in Western NY, which is also stunning as the fall foliage comes out.
