This island is just across from a an oil pipeline loading terminal, but that is expected in Maine.
I’m going to save my 5 million for something more useful. :)
Knowing California’s draconian, worship-Mother-Earth environmental regulations, I bet you wouldn’t be permitted to build on or develop this rock in any significant way....

Covers? The island is only six acres. So I guess each county is only two acres in area?
(I know that the American educational system is dreadful. But really, I expect better knowledge of the English language from a British newspaper.)
