This is a dumb question but I always try to picture how other Freepers are at the moment they are posting.
So just out of curiosity, how and where are you commenting on FreeRepublic.com?
Are you you in a dark basement by yourself? In a shopping mall, waiting for your wife? Half watching some program on TV while you Freep?
Nothing special for me. I'm sitting outside in a perfect Minnesota summer evening with a beer in hand and my two dogs next to me.
I’m already into tomorrow. It’ll cost to know what happens.

Just finished cleaning up from a wonderful dinner of fresh Speckled Gulf trout, fried perfectly by MrD and eaten in the company of some beloved relatives.
Freeping is the perfect end of a perfect day.
In my living room recovering after losing a lot of sweat picking wild raspberries in long clothing in 90 degree heat, and folding laundry at the same time. In Eastern Pennsylvania.

At Panera (bakery/restaurant chain), waiting for closing.
At the end of each day they give away all their leftover bread & parties to charity, their “Dough Nation” program. For several years it’s been my little charity/tithing niche to pick up several bushels of food on Sunday nights and take it to a local “food pantry” to give away.
So here I am on FR.

One dog, Mrs Ivan, and both with a fine IPA. Went to an antique fair today on condition that we stop at Peoria Bass Pro on the way back. Mrs Ivan bought adorable cammo outfits for the two most beautiful granddaughters in the world and I got a 5.11 tactical holster shirt that I am now wearing (well stocked) and like a lot.
