Has Anyone Had This Problem With Posting Links?

I am having a problem posting Links. I am following Sandbox 2015 instructions to the letter.
I get this message:
Source URL must be a valid Internet URL (must begin with http://).
There Is a valid Internet URL entered, copied and pasted from the address.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
