Cisneros told Univision’s Félix De Bedout that people within the Clinton campaign have told him that Castro, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and former San Antonio mayor, is “the first person on their list.”
Clinton is currently the odds-on favorite to win the Democratic nomination for president.

I remember Henry. He was once ... mid-80s, when I first moved to S.A. ... a pretty competent mayor. Then he tried to move up to Federal, but forgot he'd gossiped about his girlfriend with a reporter, thus revealing a truly Obama-administration-worthy level of estupido.

It's an empty suit position, just a glorified Walmart greeter or doorman. Thus, when advancing to positions of real responsibility, it's near certain to result in a big FAIL.
