A great white shark, tracked to New Jersey, remains off the southern coastline this morning.
The non-profit group OCREACH tracked a shark named Mary Lee to a location just east of Brigantine on Friday morning.
The group gets a ping from Mary Lee every time her dorsal fin surfaces.
She has been making her way north since April and traveled nearly 193 miles in the past 72 hours

Did you see the one about the great white they tracked that was eaten by something about 60 ft long. The shark was being tracked and then the trackers heat tracer spiked up to 70 degrees and the scientist said it was in the stomach of something else.
No, I didn't! That's a little scary!
They have this snippet on YT from the Smithsonian Channel:

Hey now! Snookie’s on OUR side!!! She’s a Republican, and publicly dissed Schmuckie Schumer at the airport a few years ago, to his face...
Do NOT put her in the water!!! :^)
That must have been one big shoe! ; )
“Be a good time for Snookie to go for a swim”
I am guessing you don’t like sharks.
I think I saw it just last week. They actually suggested a Megladon.
No that’s a rare white RINO. :-)
I heard about that. Would like to think it was megalodon.
LMAO.
Fernicola writes about a shark in the Matawan creek, which is at best brackish if not totally fresh - probably a bull shark
Unfortunately not rare enough. I would like to see them on the endangered species list. For that matter, I’d like to see them extinct.
I'm such a Bostonian I don't pronounce rs while speaking and it carries over into writing. I have to make an efort to put them in. -Tom
"A really big shoe."
That part of Mattawan creek is salt wae3r tidal and a white shark could temporarily tolerate it.
Also it is not that far up the river that the attack occurred.-Tom
Will we need a bigger boat?
I'm going to get our my measuring tape, and I will let you know my findings. :)
I’ll drink to that. :-)
