Yet the side effects from FDA approved drugs isn’t a biggie. I guess some people like anal leakage, leukemia, suicidal thoughts, and sudden onset death.
I hate any type of deception — said me, Charley Pride.
Neither are most of our elected officials.
Has Doc Wallach heard about this?
Sue them for fraud. Let the market fix the rest. No more government intervention in markets.
This needs to be a class action suit against Walmart for a few hundred million dollars. It’s totally despicable!
Many FDA approved medications don’t work, maim or kill tens of thousands - and perhaps hundreds of thousands.
Doctors and the medications they prescribe and the procedures they perform are the third leading cause of death in America.
Are there some vitamin manufacturers who cheat? Apparently so. Certainly not all.
Are there MANY drug manufacturers who fudge studies, take advantage of the revolving door between the FDA and private industry to gain crony insider status and profits, bribe doctors, use subterfuge to make it appear that studies they finance are objective, etc.?
Oh yeah.
Why would the New York attorney general choose to commission Biologist James Schulte as their “expert in DNA technology”? This guy has authored or coauthored about 50 papers on Lizards. Does New york state have no “Plant Genetics” experts in their university system?
I thought it was strange that Germany has herbals approved for sale by the FDA but after this, now I know why.
I smell dog sized rats with this.
To start with, big pharma has been trying to totally wipe out the supplements industry for a long time, and have been particularly dishonest about doing so. In recent years, they have gone so far as to say that vitamins should be banned unless through a doctor’s prescription (at 10x-1000x the cost, unsaid).
And they have come very close to their goal several times. During at least two of these, only senator Orrin Hatch stood in their way.
In past, claims that OTC supplements were adulterated or counterfeit have been used before. And the major producers of supplements have gone to lengths to insure their products are what they say they are. Including using independent quality control testing organizations.
So let’s allow this sensational headline to rest a while and see if it holds up under scrutiny.
I’ll bet almost any amount of money that they suppliers are in china.
A lot of this comes in from China. Glad they are checking it out, finally.
