The funeral for an Ohio transgender teen whose death and suicide note struck a chord across the country was moved Friday and held privately after threats against the family. Leelah Alcorn, 17, died Sunday after writing in an online diary that her parents didn't accept that she identified as female.
Tim Tripp, the family minister at Northeast Church of Christ in Cincinnati, told NBC News the funeral had been moved to a private location because "the times and dates had been publicized, and the family's received threats." Tripp wouldn't specify what threats surrounded the funeral, other than to say the family had heard there would be "disruptions." Mourners arriving at the church Friday found a sign on the door announcing the service's postponement. Jeff Hartmann, of Hodapp Funeral Home, said the private service was held there Friday morning. He said Alcorn's body was to be cremated.

Hate to see where this poor soul is residing. Jesus loves Christians. Drama Queen Homos - not so much. What this thing has done to his parents is a cherry on top of the cake of hell.
His parents’ rejection of it’s sin was an action of love. As hatred of queer murder follows it - their actions are confirmed. These murderers would have been it’s friends and lovers. It was living the life of hell.

You are wrong about this. Who created this person? Who died on the cross for this person? Jesus cares and loves this person as much as any Christian.
Yes, this person was confused and mired in sin, but Jesus still deeply loved this person and longed for their repentance. Christians are no more worthy than this person, they merely accepted the free gift of God.
God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come into repentance.

I believe the threats are real. The family did NOT support this freak’s “transgender” behavior, and so is a target. The left is very violent and would most likely carry out these threats.
That’s my guess too. We have seen too many cases of threats which turned out to be hoaxes. Such as, black people finding nooses, and then it turned out they planted the noose themselves.
Or the case of the lesbian girl couple, who painted anti homosexual graffiti on their own house, to try to claim they were the victims of an intolerant community.
So I would not be surprised if activists have made threats against one of their own to try to show how intolerant and bigoted the rest of us are. Would not surprise me at all.

Cut the parents some slack, they did try. Dealing with a mentally person is never easy. Often people don’t know what to do. They did take the kid to some kind of therapist but it was not enough. Or just not what the kid needed. Not sure. Either way they did at least try.

The family in this were Christians. They are being threatened by the homo-trans-nazis. They feel the Christians parents should have let the boy have the sex change operation and become a girl.
