Yep...and then ran away and hid in fear that the little girl would kick his scrawny butt.
He’s also brain damaged. I know a vascular neurosurgeon who says that only a small percentage of those who had his aneurysm surgery continue with 100% of their faculties intact... and Joe isn’t one of them.

More moral relativism. To Joe slamming someone’s head into a counter and threatening to kill the guy is okay. Waterboarding the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks in order to determine if more attacks are coming is morally repugnant if not criminal.
